Nicole Else Williams, MBA, CTLC, 

CEO

Nicole is a passionate educator, with a background in child and adult classroom education, corporate training, small business start-up and development, employee development, management, and over 25 years of experience in the corporate world. 

With a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Administration and being fluent in Spanish, she traveled and lived abroad, and then earned a Master's Degree in International Business. As she was finishing her MBA in 2016, she honed her skills in global marketing and digital presence, and later became a Certified Tranformation Life Coach. 

Our vision is to place the world of entrepreneurship and business enhancement into the hands of those who dream about it by building their confidence, simplifying the process, and demonstrating understandable, tangible, and actionable steps toward success.
